Jess Gardolin: Dancer, Choreographer, Aerialist
Jess is a versatile performing artist capable of crossing not only different dance styles but also different art forms. Contemporary dancer with classical formation, skater and aerialist, the multidisciplinary artist gets her first contact with sports at the age of 5, with artistic roller skating she starts an athletic career, becoming national champion. Following her passion for arts, she attends the Dance school Teatro Guaíra and obtains her bachelor’s degree in Dance at the Faculdade de Artes do Paraná.
From Brazil to world tours, she collaborates in dance productions, physical theatre, musicals, circus, video, and operas such as Homem Vertente, Wicked, Burlesque Paris 6, Companhia Rudá, Compagnia Finzi Pasca, StaatsOper Hamburg, Grand Théâtre de Genève, Teatro Sociale Bellinzona and the collective A Movement of Humans. In 2022 wins the dance battle Ubuntu Connection Leipzig. Since 2021 she is also active as a choreographer for several shows and videos including Via Coflussa, Light, and Minotauro.
